I suffered for years from debilitating issues, including chronic neck and joint pain, along with insomnia, brain fog and fatigue. As someone who had loved her job as a firefighter, K9 handler/trainer and who loved horseback riding and playing pretty much any sport, I felt that my life had been stolen from me. That's when I discovered cryotherapy and bioenergetics.  I believe in these modalities SO much that I launched a company designed to serve others. By founding CryoEdge Elite Performance & Health, I know that others can find the holistic healing and relief that I discovered.
