Hi! I’m Dr. Sue Williams, and I’m passionate about helping people transform their lives through holistic health and energy-based practices. As a competitive horse rider, mother, and proud grandma, I understand the importance of both mental and physical resilience. This personal journey led me to pursue natural therapies to help others achieve lasting well-being.
As a certified Energy4Life® Practitioner, I use cutting-edge technology to assess and balance the body’s energy fields, promoting optimal health and vitality. I also integrate a range of holistic approaches, including hypnotherapy, mindset coaching, and animal energy therapy, to address the root causes of stress, fear, and performance challenges.
Meeting clients where they are—whether online or in person—is a key part of my practice. I offer Zoom consultations, making it easy for us to connect and work together without the need for travel.
