Welcome to Better Life and Wellbeing! 
Hello from the Sunshine,
I’m Thuong Le Moon, and my passion is helping people discover simple, affordable, and adaptable ways to support the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
My own journey to better health has been guided by regular exercise, nourishing wholefoods, time in nature and community, surrounding myself with loved ones, creating a healthy environment, and practicing meditation, affirmations, and positive daily actions. Along the way, I’ve also gained experience supporting others through holistic massage and continued learning from many sources—books, courses, workshops, and real-life practice.
Now, I feel confident and excited to share my love, experience, and knowledge about Health, Happiness, and Healing with you through the Energy4Life system—something that has made a truly amazing difference in my life.
Here are some of the holistic services and products I offer with heart and intention:
Bioenergetix Wellness Services (Energy4Life) – helping the body restore balance and heal in the most natural and effective way
Holistic Healing Hot Stone Massage – nurturing body, mind, and spirit (currently postponed because of renovation)
Earthing Products – bringing the healing power of nature into everyday life (earthing bed sheet, earthing mat, earthing wrist band with grounding tester pen).
EMF Awareness & Tools – helping you reduce exposure to e-smog and protect your wellbeing

An Amazing Experience with Energy4Life
My passion has always been exploring holistic ways of healing—seeking optimal health, deep happiness, and sharing what I learn with my family, friends, and clients.
On my journey, I’ve embraced new approaches to healing that nurture not just the body, but also the mind, soul, and spirit. With every step, I’ve felt lifted, guided, and reassured that I am on the right path to fulfilling my purpose.
When I first discovered Energy4Life, I was truly blown away. The advanced technology and powerful science behind it impressed me from the very first voice scan I did with Sharyl Guilmette. The reports were so accurate and so connected to my overall wellbeing that I couldn’t believe it. Each scan has continued to amaze me with its precision; every miHealth session has left me feeling cleansed and relaxed; and every Infoceutical protocol has brought positive changes flowing through my body and mind.
By October 2021, after just three scans and three protocols, I was already experiencing profound shifts:
Clearer thinking and sharper problem-solving
A surge of daily energy and vitality
A light, clean feeling in my whole body
Relief from long-term neck discomfort (degeneration) and shoulder tension from massage work
Better balance and strength—able to walk the full 7m tightrope in my backyard for the first time, hold handstands more steadily, and move through yoga and dance with flow and peace
I feel incredible—balanced, energized, and joyful. Additional, our younger daughter did not have to toilet during the movie night after over a week of taking infoceuticals comparing to before she had to toilet 3 times during a movie (her scan showed up her Bladder Field needed support) ; our older daughter sleeps well through the night with ease compare to before she walked up 2 to 3 times at night and sleep lightly (her scan showed up her Night field needed support); my husband's energy level is lifted up that after full day at work he can still come home and do some more hours to renovate our house every day and weekend compare to before he was slagged in front of the couch coz of tiredness.
This transformation is why I am so passionate about sharing Energy4Life. I truly believe it is a powerful tool to lift us all toward optimal health.
