Back in 2008, her world was turned upside down—she was diagnosed with cancer. But instead of letting fear take over, she turned to the energy-healing practices and holistic tools she had learned over the years to support her healing and keep her energy high so she could continue working throughout her treatment . Those techniques didn’t just help her get through it—they helped her feel alive again. Vital. Hopeful.
That experience lit a fire in her. She knew she had to share what she’d learned with other women—especially those who are always caring for everyone else but craving more energy, more balance, and a deeper connection to themselves. A life of joy and vitality.
Now, she blends her background in Holistic Nursing, energy healing, bioenergetics, wellness coaching and mentoring to support women in a truly personalized way—body, mind, and Spirit.
